    Due to the new quality guidelines and unnatural link notice I received from Google, I need any/all URLs or Anchor Text links removed or entire article with all links removed in order to resolve the penalty by Google.

    This action can also be positive for your own SEO strategy because Google does not like outgoing links that look unnatural.
